For the holistic child development program to work , there is need for sound leadership and governance in the church. The ASM has to collaborate and work well with the Church leadership so that there is cohesion and effectiveness in the running of the child programming.

This course focuses on Church Leadership and Governance and how the ASM is to work together with the church to make things work.
