This curriculum aims to equip adolescent students with life skills that may lead to income generation. This lessons focus on creating a sanitary environment for cooking food, prepping the equipment and ingredients for cooking, following a recipe to produce goods suitable for sale, creating balanced meals, and marketing the finished products Note that this lesson can be adapted according to local realities and recipes may be repeated several times, if necessary.
